Official WhatsApp Business Platform
WhatsApp that your finance team can also audit
Broadcasts, a shared inbox, automations and AI replies on the official Meta Cloud API — with every message priced, held and reconciled against what Meta actually billed.
No card required. Message costs are Meta’s, shown per country before you send.
Three things most WhatsApp platforms get wrong
Each of these is enforced in code, not documented as a best-practice.
Every message is reconciled against Meta
We record what Meta says it billed on every status callback and put it beside what we charged, per message. The drift is a report you can open, not a number you take on trust.
Opt-out you cannot switch off
STOP works in every account, whatever keywords you add. It is a hard filter on every campaign path and a guard on every bot send — a setting that could disable it would break the unsubscribe Meta requires, and nothing would look wrong until the number was reported.
Three currencies, and no invented exchange rate
Meta’s cost follows your recipient’s country, your price follows your plan. A rate we can only find in another currency is reported, never converted — because a ₹0.86 row billed as $0.86 is 87× wrong and looks entirely plausible.
Everything the team needs on one number
Broadcasts
Segments, scheduling, retargeting by who read or replied, and a pre-flight that prices the send and names every excluded contact before it goes.
Shared inbox
Your whole team on one number, with a live 24-hour window countdown so nobody drafts a message WhatsApp will refuse.
Automations and flows
Trigger-and-step automations plus a visual flow builder with delays, timeouts and per-contact state.
AI replies, on your own key
Retrieval over your own documents, per-conversation caps and a handoff to a human. Bring your own provider key — included on every plan.
Templates, including OTP
Build, submit and sync templates — all three one-time-password button types included, with a per-template delivery window.
A public API
Contacts, conversations, messages, broadcasts, webhooks and OTP send/verify, under scoped API keys.
Questions people actually ask
- Is this the official WhatsApp API?
- Yes — the Meta Cloud API. Templates are submitted to Meta for approval, the 24-hour service window is enforced, and pricing follows Meta’s own per-country rate card.
- What does a message cost?
- Meta charges per message by the recipient’s country and the template’s category — marketing, utility, authentication — and service replies inside the 24-hour window are free. Our price is that rate plus the plan’s markup. The calculator under Free tools works it out for your own volume.
- Do I need my own Meta developer account?
- Not once embedded signup is live — you connect your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s own popup without ever handling a token. Until then a number is connected by pasting credentials, which we will do with you.
- What happens to my data?
- Every tenant is isolated at the database level with row-level security, and that isolation is tested against the live database rather than assumed. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never returned by any endpoint.
