How message pricing actually works
- Meta charges per message by your recipient's country and the template's category. A marketing message to India costs a different amount from the same message to Brazil. Per-message rates are quoted for your countries when you get in touch.
- Service replies are free. Anything you send inside the 24 hours after a customer messages you costs nothing.
- We never convert between currencies. Your plan is billed in one currency and priced from that currency's own rate card. There is no exchange rate anywhere in this product, on purpose.
- You are charged on delivery, not on send. The money is held when the message goes out and only taken when WhatsApp confirms it arrived. A failed message is released back.
